PRODUCT PRICES - DELIVERY COSTS - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All product prices are clearly indicated on the website and include VAT. They do not include any other taxes, levies or duties imposed by the relevant legislation applicable in the event of importation. In this case, the Customer must clear the products through customs and pay any duties and taxes (other than VAT) due in the importing country.
The prices and the availability of the products shown on the website are subject to change at any time and without prior notice, it being understood that, limited to the orders being accepted or already accepted by Fiorini Shop, the sale conditions in force at the time the order is sent by the Client shall apply.
The availability indicated in the product sheets is not updated in real time; in the event of numerous accesses to the website, the actual availability of the single products may vary considerably during the same day compared to the information provided on the website. Due to these variables, Fiorini Shop does not guarantee, therefore, the certainty of immediate delivery of the products purchased and indicated as available on the website and therefore it shall not be liable in any case for possible delays in delivery.
In case that the delivery time of the ordered product would be delayed compared to the delivery time indicated on the website before the order, Fiorini Shop undertakes to promptly notify the Client by email. Up to the time of shipment, the Client may cancel or modify the order, exclusively by following the procedures reported in his personal area. The cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary according to the delivery and payment method as well as the country of destination and the total amount of the order, shall be added to the total price of each purchase and shall be clearly indicated and communicated to the Client before the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement, within the website.
The visual representation of the products on the Website, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the products themselves and has the unique purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment on the part of Fiorini Shop as to the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the website with the real product (with particular reference to the real dimensions and/or chromatic aspects of the products).
SHIPPING
For Italy, delivery is expected within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. In some areas (e.g. islands) the service may be delayed by a few days due to logistical problems related to the region/country of destination. In any case, when the package is sent, the Customer will be notified by e-mail. For the European Union, delivery is expected within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment.
